This Yuletide season, The Genesius Museum of Art is proud to present an eclectic art show featuring the works of four dynamic artists – Àsàlékè Abdulsalam, Ogini Bernard, Augustine Efe Ola and Babarinde Prayer. Curated by Mrs. Olaide Turner-Moyet.
Opening 15th December 2024 to 15th January 2025 at the Genesius Museum of Art, Pastoral Institute, Opposite KFC, Osuntokun Avenue, Bodija, Ibadan.
This exhibition explores the convergence of cultural and personal narratives in both indigenous and contemporary art. The special event includes a Stage Play – “Mama na Boy”, Cultural display, Poetry Feast, and more.
The Genesius Art Museum is an innovative project aimed at creating a dynamic space that combines traditional museum functions with an interactive hub for arts, culture, and education. The facility will not only house a curated collection of cultural, historical, and artistic exhibits but also integrate spaces dedicated to the performing arts, visual arts training, and entertainment.
