Job Details

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including sales, marketing, underwriting, claims management, and customer service.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative documents and records, such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming calls, and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Manage all aspects of the company calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned personnel.
  • Coordinate and manage office logistics, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
