The NITDA Digital Literacy For All Program (DL4All) seeks to create a digitally literate Nigeria where everyone can access opportunities, contribute to development, and secure a brighter future.
Eligibility Requirements
Based on the National Digital Literacy Framework (NDLF), digital literacy has six competence areas
- Information & Data Literacy
Equips individuals with the capacity to effectively find, evaluate, and manage information encountered in the digital space.
- Problem-Solving
Equips individuals with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Digital Content Creation
Equips individuals with the knowledge and ability to create and share digital content responsibly.
- Communication & Collaboration
Focuses on the skillset required to utilize digital tools for online communication and collaboration.
- Devices & Software Operation
Focuses on the ability to use various digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers) with ease.
- Safety
Focuses on the understanding and practices necessary to navigate the internet safely.
