Requirements
- Aged between 18-35 years
- Based in or near Lagos, Nigeria
- Have a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent
- Currently unemployed and seeking long-term employment
- Have a guarantor who can vouch for you
Selection Process

- Once we receive your application, we will schedule a time and date to meet with you at Ishk Skills Hub so we can get to know you better
- If we find you suitable for our program, you will be enrolled to begin your training in leadership and personal effectiveness
- Once you complete Soft Skills training, you are ready to begin training in your chosen skill with our partner institutes
- After you complete vocational training, you will be placed at an internship for 3 months to receive on-the-job training
- After graduating from the program, alumni can access workshops and facilities to continue their professional development
