Job Description

• Manage relationships with healthcare providers.
• Oversee the onboarding and credentialing process for new providers.
• Maintain provider contracts and agreements.
• Handle provider inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network adequacy and quality.
• Monitor provider performance and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health
• Experience in the same role or a related one.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
