We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Manager (Used & Rental Equipment)

Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the specifications, promotion and sales of Used Equipment and Rental Equipment into key customers/prospects group nationally.
  • Responsible for the specification, selection, pricing and presentation of MANTRAC Used machines as well as specification, selection, pricing and operation of Rental machines to both local and international contracting groups pan in Nigeria.

Main Functions

  • Obtain orders which meet or exceed agreed targets.
  • Arrange visits to existing customers to ensure maximum coverage of the key customer groups.
  • Aggressively promote the company’s product (Used and Rental Equipment) nationally and win more prospects therefrom.
  • Provide product related technical assistance/advice to customers and Salesmen nationally.
  • Obtain, analyze and communicate to the General Sales Manager-Construction & Material Handling
  • Negotiation of Used Equipment and Rental sales into high valued international and local projects.
  • Overlooking rental fleet performance and ensure harmonized cross functional performance to support rental fleet operation
  • Intelligence gathering of information related to on/off shore funds for Nigerian projects.
  • Advise market trends and changes in relation to used machines and drive the updated initiative to ensure coping with market potential
  • Liaison with Product Support Sales and Service Dept. for the realization of the Company’s product support objectives.
  • Preparation and updating Used Equipment and Rental Sales forecasts.
  • Preparation of Used Equipment and Rental Equipment specifications in line with tenders and follow up same.
  • Pricing machines, attachment etc for specific bids and coordination of marketing strategies on Used and Rental Equipment.
  • Build up Used and Rental stock inline with Group guidelines
  • Monitoring multilateral/bilateral funded projects and follow up on opportunities.
  • Selling the total Company’s capability profitability.
  • Enhancing the Company’s foreign exchange inflow through upfront payment for offshore funded sales of Used Equipment.

Requirements

  • M.Eng, B.Eng/HND in Engineering, training in marketing and sales management and ten (10) years relevant experience in the industry.
  • Applicants with experience from HMD, SMT and Monurent are strongly adviced to apply.

2.) Warehouse Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving, binning and supply of all parts received from overseas and Interbranch transfer. Also responsible for monitoring and ensuring proper documentation of in and out transactions of parts and ensure effective periodic stock checking.

Main Functions

  • To create and follow up with warehouse work flow daily
  • Receipt both sea and airfreight shipment
  • Treat all receipts and store them with the best practice
  • Issue to both internal and external customers
  • Follow up with all job related cut off periods.
  • Ensure IBT’s are receipted, documented and ship at the right time
  • Ensure jobs on the handheld are not more than 24 hours.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the warehouse through the use of lean operation.
  • Ensure and guarantee accuracy of the stock through prompt cycle count, accurate receipting, treating and binning of part
  • Monitor storage levels, location accuracy, damages and advise the warehouse team leader appropriately.
  • Ensure Handling equipment like forklift is done with the right practice.
  • Ensure housekeeping in the warehouse.
  • Ensure all warehouse documents and filing are up to date.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND. (Engineering or Business Administration)/IPS or its equivalent qualification with 2 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to operate lift truck is an added advantage.
  • Should be computer literate and must be of discerned high integrity.

3.) Service Administrator

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • To effectively maintain proper and accurate administrative and accounting records for Service
  • Department Jobs – both shops and contracts of field service depending on cost centres and locations.

Main Functions

  • Create Service quotes for customers.
  • Create Job folders for all jobs opened.
  • Post, Order, and Print Caterpillar Parts requirements to Jobs daily.
  • Post daily labour hours to jobs.
  • Post all sundry purchases into jobs i.e. Local purchases, Fuel/Lubricants, Store requisitions and Motor Spare Parts requisitions as applicable.
  • Prepare respective cost Centre’s monthly invoiced jobs summary reports and aged jobs analysis.
  • Monitor usage of stationery and all security documents by Service department personnel.
  • Provide Service management with necessary reports to support their activities.
  • Invoice all completed Jobs by Service Department to respective Customers’ Accounts.
  • Monitor and document WIP Accounts and Vouchers.
  • Compile Service Department Staff overtime and call duties.
  • Analyse Service Department earnings by Cost Centres as applicable.
  • Support product support teams in the control and collection of service debts.
  • Carry out any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate must be prepared to work anywhere and be open to relocation according to the needs of the business
