Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase market share, and drive sales growth in Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Arrange marketing activities; manage and distribute marketing materials;
  • Be able to establish a marketing team in the future.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • More than 3 years of rich marketing experience, especially working experience in solar system SHS companies;
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
