Job Position: HR and Admin Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle daily administrative task of the organisation
  • Assist the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processes
  • Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
  • Conduct file audits
  • Provide general office support to management and HR department
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Prepare reports

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 – 3 yrs in similar role
  • Must be highly creative and innovative.
  • Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill.
  • Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
  • Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
  • Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
