We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms,
  • Create and curate compelling content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform and target audience.

     

  • Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content calendar planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to improve results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media channels for brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with followers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Must possess the knowledge of using a digital camera.
