Job Position: Business Development Intern (Full Remote)

  • Are you passionate about promoting professional growth and opportunities? Kaplo Africa Limited invites dedicated individuals to join us as a Business Development Intern. This voluntary internship offers a dynamic platform to explore business development within the talent development industry, with a specific focus Professional Document Creation, International Educational Services, Business Strategy Development, and Profile Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in crafting compelling professional documents.
  • Manage comprehensive profiles with precision and attention to detail.
  • Generate leads and initiate client outreach via multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective client solutions.
  • Facilitate study abroad opportunities for our clientele.
  • Develop business plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Provide sales support and diligently follow up on leads.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong passion for business development, with a focus on promoting professional services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with multitasking ability.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is not a must


  • Incentive: N15,000 (Subject to upwards review based on performance)
