Habibu Abubakar Wushishi, the Director, Media and Strategy, Niger State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, has said that the only solution to fuel price hike is for Nigerians to return to old means of transportation like donkeys, horses, and bicycles.
