Job Position: Product Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the charge for our innovative product, Rigour+. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative products that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes.
• This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive the successful delivery of our health technology solutions.

Job Description 

• Taking overall responsibility for the success of your product
• Meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing,
• Customer service, finance and company heads
• Contributing towards product strategy and vision
• Collecting analyzing and responding to user feedback
• Creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product
• Attending conferences and events related to a product or sector
• Implementing or supporting marketing campaigns
• Creating and overseeing development and project management processes
• Gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions
• Planning new features and changes to a product
• Demonstrating new ideas and features to stakeholders
• Inspiring and enthusing colleagues and users of the product
• Learning about users and a product’s market
• Researching competitors and similar products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, experience in Health
• Tech would be an advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Excellent team spirit
• Analytical skills
• Good understanding of Tech and Tooling.
