1.) Wholesales Development Manager

About the Job

  • The Purpose of the Wholesale Development Manager is to drive and implement growth of our Wholesale Channel for FanMilk Plc.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales growth plans to help drive revenue growth for the Wholesale Channel.
  • Relationship Management; Grow and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers in open markets.
  • Activations: Work effectively with the Marketing Team to develop Wholesale Assets to help improve brand awareness.
  • New Business Development; Identify and achieve new business opportunities, leveraging existing connections and developing effective, collaborative partnerships.
  • Market Analysis; Monitor market activity such as price movement and new product development.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Work with the operations team to ensure clear internal reporting that tracks the sales performance trends to help continuously drive improvements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong track record in Sales and Account Management within the wholesales channel within the FMCG Industry.
  • Experience; 5 years within Wholesale Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with Clients.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities with self-motivation to create opportunities and deliver results.
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2.) Brand Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Marketing team to collaborate with several departments in the company and international and global teams, with a top-line and cross-functional approach, to discover competitive dynamics of fresh dairy products’ market, adapt a brand strategy and maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and activating key growth levers on brand according to the total company objectives
  • Creatively leveraging trade, consumer and shopper marketing buying to maximize brand growth
  • Managing Business performance and key leverage points in P&L (volume, pricing, variable cost, trade, A&P, productivity) to achieve budget commitments.
  • Carry out critical analysis in order to understand the consumers’ and shoppers’ behaviors (sell-in, sell-out, market shares, price analysis, competitor analysis)
  • Lead strategic thinking, proactive approach and believer outstanding plans, communication, innovation & activation grounded in strong consumer insights & data analysis
  • Lead agencies and cross-functional teams in the development of communication and products
  • Crafting a purpose led brand, refining the positioning and creating robust long term platforms that will both drive equity and business growth.
  • Delivering best in class creative content and activations, deployed at the right time, for consumers.

  • 5 years of relevant working experience related to Marketing;

Requirements

  • Minimum of first degree or Higher National Diploma
